Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
20g wheat germ
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
110g brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 In a large bowl wisk together oats, flour, wheat germ, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon together.
The next step is to mix the butter and the sugars with an electric mixer on medium speed.
They should turn pale and fluffy. Now pouring the oat mixture into it, giving it a little stirr and adding the raisins it's nearly finished.
2 Lastly I placed the mixture in little portions (approximately one tablespoon) and put it for 10 min. at 150°C in the oven.
They turned out pretty great but I decided to use less confectionar´s sugar next time.
